Pain, Pain, Pain... and More Pain...

I swear Kaiser is turning me into a Vicodin addict.

WTF? I just got back from the real OC on a trip. I some how managed to cover all I needed, avoiding most of the insane traffic So Cal has. It was tough. This pain shit is getting old fast.

Here are some of the pain highlights:

1. Pulling my suitcase through the airport. I like never check bags on short trips because I want to save time and I don't have much more than a lap top and a small suitcase. I drag my suitcase through the airports with ease. I got out of my rental car today, ripped my suitcase out and started to walk and literally took three steps and I just felt this flash of numbness combined with sharp pain from my finger tips to my shoulder and I lost my grip with my left hand.
2. Sitting on the plane. There were like 50 people on the plane so I basically had a row to myself. I crossed my arms to relax after drinking my soda and I could feel this real sharp pain in my left forearm and wrist. It freaking killed. I felt like I wanted to cry for a second and then it ended like nothing ever happened.
3. Yesterday after driving to San Diego and back from the OC, I got out of the car, took two steps and my left leg gave way. I just stumbled and picked myself up. The funny thing, today after my arm going numb... I switched the suitcase to my right hand and was able to run full speed for my gate. No limp and about as nimble and as fast as I could run when I was 18. WTF?
4. I woke up flat on my back and both arms are numb the past two nights. And then it just goes away.
5. When I finally got home this evening, my left knee felt like someone hit my knee cap with a crow bar and tried to pry it off. Everything hurt and I have this mysterious itchy feeling in my back and feet.

This shit's gotta stop. Driving me up the wall!!!

Twins Separated At Birth Marry!!!

The identities of the twins and details of their relationship and marriage have been kept secret, but it was known they were separated soon after birth and never told they were twins.

Could you imagine a brother and sister separated at birth, falling in love and marrying? Oh my God!!!

The implications are hilarious... It was England too so you know they like, "Did it" before they were married! And now they have to live the rest of their lives like brother and sister.

This makes things like holiday gatherings difficult. Also the article indicates they are keeping the secret but wow, you know close people know. I'd be sick to my stomach!

I am a baseball fan.

The Mitchell Report, as it has been dubbed by the media, came out today and well, baseball as we know it probably came to an end. The usually suspects were on the list, including Bonds, Giambi and the summer sweetheart story that turned into dried poop quickly, Rick Ankiel. Here's what I think... All the heroes I grew up with are somehow gone. I feel faked. I remember searching through some packs of 1986 Topps Baseball Cards at 12 years old looking for Roger Clemens. I remember getting the 1987 Topps Baseball Set featuring, McGwire (who shockingly is not on the list), Canseco, Palmeiro, Bonds, etc. All those guys, so promising as rookies really screwed it all up. All those guys should be in the Hall Of Fame. Now they aren't going to be. I took a few years to pass judgment on Bonds. I gave him the chance... the benefit of doubt. I mean, he could have been a target. But now you look at all those names and you are like, "Shit! Those son of a bitches."

What can be done? Well... Nothing. Absolutely nothing can be done here. It's broken and can't be fixed. The records are shot or overblown. No way we can ever say we were treated fairly.

A surprise name on the list is a little known player, FP Santangelo. This is dude is a local radio jock on Sports 1140 AM. I am calling that guy out. He needs to come onto the radio tomorrow morning and tell us all what he did, why he did it and what should we think about him. This guy was nobody as a player, but now he is the resident color man on the morning show. He should tell us all why. I am calling the bastard out. Here is his radio show page. Let's all email him and tell him what a fake he is. I am serious...not that his shitty assed baseball career amounted to much. This is a public figure now that he is on the radio... I am sure he has talked about this a lot over the last few years here in the morning. Man up dude... Come clean tomorrow in the morning... Tell us why. Little kids look up to athletes and now we find you all are cheats.

Baseball is a joke.
